Online Waiver

 Please note that a waiver form must be filled out and signed for each climber prior to climbing. For those participants who are 17 years old or younger a PARENT OR GUARDIAN must sign the waiver. Follow the link to view a printable version of the climbing waiver. 

SUPERVISION:

Climbers under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by another person who is at least 16 years of age. Supervision must be direct and involved and climbers must remain in the same room as their supervisor at all times. It is recommended that you bring additional supervisors for groups larger than 4 as you will not be able to climb in other rooms without a supervisor.

Exceptions are made for members of our youth team, youth who have taken a beginner’s course or on a case-by –case basis with the manager’s discretion. Exceptions can be revoked at any time due to lack of respect for the facility rules.  

Waivers for minors must be filled out by the parent/legal guardian so if you will be coming with minors that are not yours please get their parent/legal guardian to fill out waiver form before.

Anyone with an incomplete waiver that cannot be completed by their parent/guardian will not be able to enter the climbing area.
