For the dedicated climber of any level who is driven and wants to improve their climbing ability and overall fitness. These classes are intense and will include advanced conditioning, as well as strength and endurance training. Climbers work with coaches that will introduce training plans to them and go over advanced techniques.
We also include mental training and problem solving, physical conditioning, and overall endurance, flexibility training, & mock competitions.
Scheduling:
They may choose between one or two days of practice (those on the D/E team will have to speak to their coach in order to add a second day of practice).
Each day and time slot requires a minimum of four participants to run, in the event that certain times do not meet the minimum requirements, individuals will be contacted for an alternative selection.
Practice Structure:
Our goal in lessons is to be able to integrate climbing styles and skills levels to mutually benefit all climbers by expanding their immediate resources. Climbers will be organized into smaller groups based on strengths, goals and climbing styles.
The D/E team will operate on a 1 to 8 ratio as the climbers are not old enough to belay one another.
The A/B/C team will operate on a 1:16 ratio as each climber will be expected to belay their teammates for everyone’s mutual success.

(this class is a one hour class with either a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, it is to help the kids on a specific skill)
